Experience Merano and its surroundings in winter too! Get up high with the largest cable car in South Tyrol - Merano 2000 in just 7 minutes from the valley directly onto the piste (40 km of fun on the slopes), toboggan run (3 km) and bobsleigh run (1.1 km long).
But there are also countless hiking trails on foot, with or without snowshoes, and over 10 rustic huts to stop off at.
And then off to the Christmas market (open from the end of November to 6 January), fairytale forest, Christmas magic, the smell of mulled wine, the sounds of Christmas, ice skating on Thermenplatz...
By the way, the thermal spa is open until 11 pm during the Christmas holidays!
