You don't need to be a perfect climber to reach the top... but you surely have to be in shape!
La muta, 2.295 m: you get the cable car to Muta Alta up to 1.300 m – A beatiful view of the whole valley that stretches to Bolzano is waiting there for you! This walk takes you in an hour to the Muta refuge, and then you start to go up. In sommer, take a cap and something to drink with you, because you'll find yousel at the edge of the tre vegetation.
Hirzer 2.781 m: in Saltusio, around 20 min. away by car from hotel, you get to the Hirzer cable car. ou'll find beautiful promenades for every difficulty level at the first stop, Prenn, at 1400m, or higher, 1.980 m. The Hirzer top is rocky but not especcially difficult to reach, but you'llhave to clear 800 meters of vertical gap, and it will take you 5 hours in total.
